We prefer to handle payments remotely. STATE SALES TAXES ARE CHARGED ON OUR SERVICES OUT OF REQUIREMENT

Debit/Credit Card:
For debit/credit payments an invoice will be emailed to the account cell phone # on file the day of grooming service. Card payments will be processed online.
Please ensure we have the correct email address or phone number on file for your invoice receipt.
Payments are always due at the time of service.

Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve bases. It is best to book in advance for your grooming service. You may contact us by text or by simply filling out the online appointment request form. After filling out the form someone contact with you within 24 hours. If texting after hours please note your message will be returned during business hours.

CANCELLATIONS
AS WE UNDERSTAND THINGS MAY COME UP & EMERGENCIES HAPPEN AND THAT IS OKAY. BUT IF AN APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AT YOUR APPOINTMENT AND IT IS NOT DUE TO AN EMERGENCY, A $25 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO THE NEXT FUTURE APPOINTMENT. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR GROOMERS TIME AND BOOKINGS FOR OTHER CLIENTS.
