Scrubby Bubbles reserves the right to refuse service at any time with any situation.
If for some reason your pet is not able to be groomed due to safety concerns, there will be a charge of half the scheduled service for the day to cover gas and appointment time.

Appointment Time
An appointment time is an estimate of arrival for your pets grooming. Please allow us at least 15 minutes to arrive at the scheduled service appointment. Our appointments may last longer with certain pets due to extra one-on-one grooming needs.

Photos
Scrubby Bubbles loves showing off our pets photos for everyone to see during or after the grooming services.
Pictures may be used on our Facebook Page or website. 

I hereby grant permission to Scrubby Bubbles to use my pet’s name and pictures for advertising, promotions and release Scrubby Bubbles from any liability

Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather, all appointments may be rescheduled for the following day or at a later time.

CANCELLATIONS
AS WE UNDERSTAND THINGS MAY COME UP & EMERGENCIES HAPPEN AND THAT IS OKAY. BUT IF AN APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, YOU ARE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AT YOUR APPOINTMENT AND IT IS NOT DUE TO AN EMERGENCY, A $25 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO THE NEXT FUTURE APPOINTMENT. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR GROOMERS’ TIME AND BOOKINGS FOR OTHER CLIENTS.
